Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time
Due to high demand and our international logistics network, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

 Please note that during peak seasons (holidays, promotions), shipping times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address
Sterlf is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sterlf, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:

• The item is damaged

• The item is defective

• You received the wrong product

Non-returnable items:

• Used products

• Opened items (for hygiene reasons)

• Final sale or promotional items

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
